In order to scan QR codes (eg from your smartphone) you'll need to download barcode scanning software. Typically available free of charge from your providers store, simply search for "barcode scanner", download and install onto your mobile device. Once installed, open up the software which will use the internal camera in your phone to scan the code and then let you know what options are available to you.
