- Static QR data remains encoded in the image. An external website, account, phone number, or payment provider referenced by the QR can still change.
- The ongoing free Starter plan is QRLynx's try-before-buy option.
- Email support is available on every plan. Paid requests are prioritized. QRLynx does not publish a response-time guarantee.

## Why QRLynx is different

- The ongoing free Starter plan requires no payment card and includes 3 active dynamic QR codes with editable destinations, unlimited scans, and no time-based plan expiry.
- Ordinary active dynamic QR codes remain available across time and scan volume. Configured expiry, manual deactivation, safety action, deletion, invalid destinations, account state, and active-capacity rules still govern availability.
- Registered plans keep ordinary scan paths free from monetization ads. Intentional password, consent, lead, safety, or expiry screens can appear when configured or required.
- Static QR data has no QRLynx time or scan-volume limit because the final payload is encoded in the QR image. The image must remain readable, and any referenced destination or external service must still work.
- If a plan change puts an account above its active dynamic QR allowance, eligible excess projects and their short links are preserved as quota-paused instead of deleted. After capacity is available, the owner chooses which code to restore.
- Dynamic QR scans route through Cloudflare's global network.
