What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves you about 17%. Starter+ is $7/month or $70/year ($5.83/month). Pro is $14/month or $140/year ($11.67/month). Business is $29/month or $290/year ($24.17/month). Enterprise is $99/month or $990/year ($82.50/month).
Is there a free plan?
Yes! QRLynx is free forever — start instantly, no commitment. The free plan gives you 5 dynamic QR codes that never expire, with unlimited, uncapped scans, plus 90-day scan analytics, no scan ads, no watermark, and 49 QR code types.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle. We'll prorate any charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel from your account settings at any time with no cancellation fees. You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my QR codes if I cancel or downgrade?
Static QR codes keep working, and your dynamic QR codes keep their stable short links and never expire. The free plan alone keeps 5 dynamic QR codes live with unlimited, uncapped scans. The only catch is capacity: if a downgrade leaves you with more active dynamic codes than the new plan allows, the extra ones pause (they are never deleted) and reactivate the moment you upgrade again.
Are there any scan limits?
No! All scans are unlimited and uncapped on every plan — free and paid, static and dynamic. There are no plan-based scan caps or overage fees (traffic is limited only to block abuse). Static QR codes never expire, and your dynamic QR codes never expire either — the free plan gives you 5 dynamic QR codes with unlimited, uncapped scans. Plan limits only cap how many dynamic codes are active at once; an over-limit code pauses (never deletes) only after a paid-plan downgrade.
Will printed QR codes keep working?
Static QR codes keep working because the final data is encoded in the printed symbol. Your dynamic QR codes keep working too — they never expire and have unlimited, uncapped scans on every plan, and the free plan alone gives you 5 dynamic QR codes. A dynamic code only pauses (it is never deleted) if you downgrade from a paid plan and exceed your new plan's limit, and upgrading restores it instantly. QRLynx also monitors dynamic destinations for abuse, and scanner identities or IP addresses are not shown to QR owners.
