What White-Label QR Codes Mean in QRLynx
QRLynx white-label QR codes are dynamic QR codes whose short redirect uses your active custom domain instead of a shared QRLynx redirect domain. An agency, brand, or organization can use a subdomain such as qr.yourbrand.com, so the address associated with the scan carries its own name. This Enterprise feature changes the dynamic redirect host. It does not rebrand the QRLynx account dashboard, login, reports, hosted bio pages, or Digital Business Card pages.
The custom domain keeps the normal dynamic-code benefits. You can change the saved destination without changing the printed QR pattern, measure eligible scans in QRLynx analytics, and apply other plan-eligible controls. The printed pattern must already encode the custom-domain URL, so moving an existing printed code from a shared host to a custom host requires generating and printing a new QR image.

How to Connect a White-Label QR Domain in QRLynx
Use a subdomain you control, complete the DNS record, and wait for activation before printing.
Choose a dedicated subdomain
Use an address such as qr.yourbrand.com or scan.yourbrand.com. A subdomain is recommended because ordinary CNAME records are broadly supported there.
Open Custom Domain
Sign in to an Enterprise workspace and open /account/domains. An owner or admin can enter the domain for the workspace.
Add the CNAME record
At your DNS provider, point the chosen subdomain to r.qrlynx.com using the CNAME values shown in QRLynx.
Wait for QRLynx activation
DNS propagation can take time. QRLynx confirms the connection and activates the hostname and HTTPS before the domain becomes available for QR redirects.
Select the active domain
Create or update a dynamic QR code and select the active custom domain in the White Label Domain control before saving.
Test the final printed URL
Download the new QR image, scan it on current phones, confirm that the custom domain opens over HTTPS, and verify the final destination before production printing.

Plan the Domain Before You Print
A QR image encodes its redirect URL, including the hostname. If a campaign is already printed with a shared QRLynx host, changing the saved destination keeps that printed code working, but switching the hostname changes the encoded URL and requires a new QR image. Connect and activate the custom domain first, select it on the dynamic QR code, then test the exact downloaded image that will go to print.
The current QRLynx account journey is designed around one managed custom domain for a workspace. Agencies that need separate client-owned domains should plan the workspace and subscription structure before printing. Folders and team roles help organize shared work, but they are not separate white-label client portals or folder-level client isolation.

When does HTTPS become active?
The domain stays pending while DNS propagates and QRLynx completes activation. After the hostname is active, QRLynx serves the custom redirect over HTTPS. Test the exact URL before printing.
Can I move an already printed QR code to the custom domain?
The destination behind a dynamic QR code can change, but its printed pattern already contains the original hostname. Changing from a shared host to your custom host requires a new QR image and a reprint.
Can I change the destination after printing?
Yes. Once the printed dynamic QR code already uses the active custom domain, you can update its saved destination in QRLynx without changing the printed QR pattern.
Does the custom domain work with static QR codes?
No. A static QR code stores its payload directly and does not use the QRLynx redirect service. The custom-domain control applies to supported dynamic QR codes.
Does QRLynx provide separate client portals or a rebranded dashboard?
No. The white-label feature changes the dynamic QR redirect domain. Teams still manage codes in the QRLynx dashboard, and folders or roles do not create separately branded client portals.
Can team members manage the custom domain?
