Because we use CNAME records, we recommend using a subdomain like 'qr.example.com' or 'scan.example.com'. Root domains require advanced DNS configuration (CNAME flattening) which not all registrars support.
Who handles the SSL certificates?
We do. Our system automatically provisions and renews Let's Encrypt SSL certificates for every valid custom domain you connect, at no extra cost.
Does the white label remove all your branding?
Yes. On the Enterprise White Label plan, references to 'QRLynx' are removed from the user interface, footer, emails, and redirection pages.
Can I set a custom 404 page?
Yes, you can define a custom URL to redirect users to if they scan a broken or expired link on your custom domain, preventing them from seeing a generic error page.
Is there a limit to the number of domains?
Custom domains are an Enterprise feature. The Enterprise plan includes multiple custom domains, allowing you to manage multiple brands from a single account.
How long does verification take?
DNS propagation can take up to 24 hours, but typically it verifies within minutes. Once verified, the domain is ready to use immediately.
Can existing QR codes be moved to a custom domain?
If you created Dynamic codes on a generic domain, they are permanently printed that way. You cannot change the printed pattern. However, you can create NEW codes on your custom domain immediately.
Can I use my white label domain for Link-in-Bio pages?
Yes! Your custom domain works for all QR types, including Link-in-Bio pages. This means your profile link can be 'bio.yourbrand.com/me' instead of a generic URL.

Yes. White-label uses a standard CNAME record pointing a subdomain such as qr.yourcompany.com at QRLynx — supported by every major registrar including GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, and Google Domains. To brand a root/apex domain (example.com with no subdomain) you'll want a DNS provider that offers CNAME flattening or ALIAS records, such as Cloudflare. SSL is auto-provisioned once your record resolves.
