My QR code isn't scanning properly. What should I do?

First, ensure the QR code is printed clearly and isn't damaged. Try scanning with different apps or devices. If the issue persists, check that the content is correct and the QR code isn't too small. Contact support if problems continue.

What's the minimum size for printing QR codes?

For optimal scanning, QR codes should be at least 2cm x 2cm (0.8 x 0.8 inches) when printed. However, the ideal size depends on the scanning distance and amount of data encoded. More complex QR codes may need to be larger.

Which QR code scanner apps work best?

Most modern smartphones have built-in QR code scanning in their camera apps. Popular third-party apps include QR Code Reader, Barcode Scanner, and Google Lens. Our QR codes are compatible with all standard QR code readers.

Can I use QR codes offline?

Static QR codes work completely offline once generated. Dynamic QR codes require an internet connection to redirect to the final destination. The QR code itself can be scanned offline, but accessing the content may require connectivity.

What's the maximum size for QR code content?

QR codes can technically hold up to 4,296 alphanumeric characters, but we recommend keeping content concise for better scanning reliability. For longer content, consider using dynamic QR codes that redirect to a webpage.
