Is QRLynx really free to use?
Yes. The free Starter plan includes 3 dynamic QR codes with unlimited scans, plus 3-month scan analytics, no scan ads, no watermark, and 61 QR code types. No credit card is required.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves you about 17%. Starter+ is $7/month or $70/year ($5.83/month). Pro is $14/month or $140/year ($11.67/month). Business is $29/month or $290/year ($24.17/month). Enterprise is $99/month or $990/year ($82.50/month).
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle. We'll prorate any charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel from your account settings at any time with no cancellation fees. You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my QR codes if I cancel or downgrade?
Static QR codes keep working. Dynamic QR projects and stable short links are preserved. If a downgrade puts the account over its plan limit, choose which dynamic QR codes remain available. Excess projects are paused, not deleted, and can be restored when capacity becomes available.
Are there any scan limits?
No. All scans are unlimited and uncapped on every plan: free and paid, static and dynamic. There are no plan-based scan caps or overage fees, although traffic can be restricted to block abuse. Plan limits control how many dynamic codes are active at once. A quota-paused code keeps its project and short link but does not scan until the owner restores it within available capacity.
Will printed QR codes keep working?
Static QR codes keep working because the final data is encoded in the printed symbol. Dynamic QR codes keep their stable printed links and have unlimited scans. If a plan change quota-pauses a code, its project and short link are preserved, but the owner must select it for restoration after capacity is available. QRLynx also monitors dynamic destinations for abuse, and scanner identities or IP addresses are not shown to QR owners.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
