Is QRLynx really free to use?
Yes. The free Starter plan includes 3 dynamic QR codes with unlimited scans, plus 3-month scan analytics, no scan ads, no watermark, and 61 QR code types. No credit card is required.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves you about 17%. Starter+ is $7/month or $70/year ($5.83/month). Pro is $14/month or $140/year ($11.67/month). Business is $29/month or $290/year ($24.17/month). Enterprise is $99/month or $990/year ($82.50/month).
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can review plan changes in billing management. Stripe shows when the change takes effect, any charge or credit, and future billing before you confirm. Canceling your subscription stops renewal at the end of the paid period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel from your account settings at any time with no cancellation fees. You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period.
Does QRLynx offer refunds?
Yes. Paid self-serve subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first monthly payment or 30 days of the first annual payment. Email support@qrlynx.com to request a refund. See the refund policy for full eligibility and applicable consumer rights.

Static QR codes keep working. Dynamic QR projects and stable short links are preserved. If a downgrade puts the account over its plan limit, choose which dynamic QR codes remain available. Excess projects are paused, not deleted, and can be restored when capacity becomes available.
Are there any scan limits?
Every plan includes unlimited scans with no plan-based scan overage fees. Plans differ in active dynamic-code capacity and features. Safety and abuse controls still apply.
Will printed QR codes keep working?
Static QR patterns have no built-in expiry; linked websites or files must remain available. Saved dynamic QR codes keep the same printed link while active. Their availability follows the saved status, account capacity and any configured rules. See the FAQ for plan changes and restoring paused codes.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes! We offer a 50% discount on the Business and Enterprise plans for verified non-profits, educational institutions, and open-source projects. Contact us at support@qrlynx.com with proof of status to apply.

Restore eligible codes within your available capacity to resume scans. After confirmed payment, supported billing recovery can also restore eligible paused codes automatically. Yearly billing saves roughly 17% on every paid tier, all 61 QR code types are available on every plan including free, and every figure here is generated from the same configuration that enforces those limits in the product.
