Go to Team Management
From your dashboard sidebar, open the Team Management page. You are the account Owner with full control over settings, billing, and membership.
Invite Members via Email
Enter your teammates' email addresses and choose a role for each. They receive a secure invitation link that lets them join your team with one click.

What is team management in QRLynx?
Team management lets you invite other QRLynx users to collaborate on your QR codes, folders, and analytics. Team members share your account's data with role-based access control, so everyone sees the same QR codes and campaigns while having the right level of permissions.
How many team members can I add?
The Business plan supports up to 3 team members, and the Enterprise plan supports up to 10. The account owner does not count toward the member limit. You can invite and remove members at any time.
What roles are available?
QRLynx offers four roles: Viewer (read-only access to QR codes and analytics), Editor (can create and edit QR codes and folders), Admin (can manage members and invitations), and Owner (full control including billing and account deletion). Each role inherits all permissions from the roles below it.
How do invitations work?
Admins and Owners can invite new members by entering their email address and selecting a role. The invitee receives an email with a secure link to accept the invitation. Pending invitations can be revoked before they are accepted. If an invitation expires, you can resend it.
What do team members see when they log in?
Team members log in with their own account and immediately see all of the owner's QR codes, folders, analytics, and campaign data. There is no switching or separate login required. Their role determines what actions they can take.
What happens when a member is removed?
When you remove a member, they immediately lose access to all shared QR codes, folders, and analytics. QR codes they created remain in your account and continue to function normally.
How does billing work for teams?
The account owner manages a single subscription. All members share the same plan features and limits. There are no per-seat charges. The Owner can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel the plan from the billing dashboard.
Can I transfer account ownership?
Yes. The current Owner can transfer ownership to any Admin on the team. The new Owner gains full control over billing, settings, and membership. The previous Owner is automatically moved to the Admin role.
Is team data shared or separate?
Team members share the same data as the account owner. Everyone sees the same QR codes, folders, and analytics. Role-based access controls what actions each member can take, ensuring the right people have the right permissions.
Which plans support team management?
Team management is available on Business and Enterprise plans. Starter, Starter+, and Pro users cannot invite members. You can upgrade to Business or Enterprise from the pricing page to unlock team collaboration.
