QRLynx AI Insights helps QR campaign owners understand recent scan activity without replacing the analytics dashboard. The free Starter plan provides a concise summary based on the account's recent and lifetime scan totals, QR count, weekly comparison, and top-performing saved QR codes. Starter+ and higher plans reveal the structured anomaly, trend, and recommendation details behind that summary.
The feature identifies what changed in the data and suggests where to investigate. It does not know why a poster moved, why a destination converted, or what caused a real-world event unless that evidence appears elsewhere. Confirm important decisions against the charts, campaign dates, placements, destination health, and your own operating context.

What QRLynx analyzes and returns
The feature separates deterministic analysis from optional language polishing so a usable result remains available when the AI provider is unavailable.
Recent performance summary
Summarizes scans from the past 7 days, compares them with the prior 7-day period when available, and keeps lifetime totals clearly labeled.
Top-performing QR context
Uses saved QR names and lifetime scan totals to identify the strongest current performer without presenting lifetime figures as weekly activity.
Anomaly details
Full AI Insights can flag a recent day whose scan count is more than two standard deviations from the 7-day average when enough daily data exists.
Trend analysis
Treats week-over-week movement within 15 percent as normal variation and labels larger movement as rising or falling rather than overstating small changes.
Rule-based recommendations
Suggests practical checks such as reviewing placement, re-sharing a dormant campaign, investigating a drop, or learning from a strong QR code. The account owner decides what to do.
Fact-checked language fallback
QRLynx first builds the findings algorithmically. Language polishing is optional, falls back to a template, and is rejected when it fails the top-QR name check.

Create a trackable QR, collect enough recent activity, read the insight, and verify it against the underlying analytics before changing a campaign.
Create and save a dynamic QR code
Sign in to QRLynx, create a dynamic-capable QR, save it to the account, and download the final pattern you plan to publish or print. Static codes that bypass the QRLynx redirect cannot provide QRLynx scan analytics.
Deploy and test the complete destination
Scan the downloaded QR from a second device or camera, confirm that it opens the intended destination, then place it where the campaign audience can reach it.
Collect at least 5 scans in 7 days
The dashboard shows a collecting state until the account records at least 5 scans in the past 7 days and has a daily data point available for analysis.

AI Insights appears on the main account dashboard. QRLynx loads a cached result when one is available or generates a new result from the current account context.
Review the summary and available details
The free Starter plan shows the summary. Starter+ and higher plans also show anomaly details, trend information, and recommendations, subject to what the current data supports.

Open the analytics page and compare the insight with the relevant chart, QR code, campaign dates, destination, and placement. Use manual refresh only when a fresher analysis is worth one of the plan's daily refreshes.

Start with the destination and a tested dynamic QR. After the account records enough recent scans, review the AI summary on the dashboard.
Data scope, privacy, and interpretation limits
QRLynx builds AI Insights from account-level values: scans from the past 7 days, lifetime scan totals, the number of saved dynamic QR codes, recent daily counts, the week-over-week comparison, and the names and lifetime totals of the top saved QR codes. The current insight engine does not receive the dashboard's device, browser, operating-system, city, country, GPS, or individual scan-event rows.
The algorithm calculates trend direction, anomalies, top-performer context, and recommendations before any language model is called. Cloudflare Workers AI may polish the structured result into a short summary. QRLynx uses a deterministic template when the provider is unavailable, the account has sparse data, or the generated summary fails its fact check. The result is decision support, not proof of causation, a conversion report, or an autonomous campaign change.

The allowance resets daily. Automatic regeneration and cached results are separate from a user-requested manual refresh.

Full AI Insights is a dashboard widget, not a conversational assistant. You cannot ask it arbitrary questions, select a custom analysis range, or tell it to change a QR destination. It returns the supported summary and details from the current account context, and the account owner remains responsible for every campaign action.

How many scans are needed before AI Insights appears?
The account needs at least 5 scans in the past 7 days and at least one daily scan-data point. Until then, the dashboard shows collection progress instead of generating an insight.
How often does QRLynx update AI Insights?
The free Starter summary can remain cached for up to 7 days. Full AI Insights can remain cached for up to 24 hours. A later dashboard request regenerates an expired result, while Starter+ and higher plans can also request a manual refresh within their daily allowance.
How many manual AI refreshes does each plan include?
Starter includes no manual refresh. Starter+ includes 1 per day, Pro 2, Business 3, and Enterprise 5. The allowance is tied to the account owner's effective plan.
Can QRLynx explain why QR scans increased or dropped?
QRLynx can identify a recent change and suggest checks, but scan data alone does not prove its cause. Confirm the insight against campaign dates, placement, distribution, destination health, promotions, and other evidence.
Does AI Insights use individual scanner data?
The current AI Insights context uses account-level scan counts, recent daily totals, weekly comparison, QR count, and top saved QR names and lifetime totals. It does not send individual scan-event rows, IP addresses, device or browser breakdowns, or city and country analytics to the language-polishing step.
What happens if the AI provider is unavailable?
The QRLynx algorithm still calculates the structured result and can return a deterministic template summary. The dashboard does not depend on a successful language-model response to produce a usable insight.
Does AI Insights change my QR codes or campaigns?
No. AI Insights reads the supported analytics context and displays a summary or recommendation. It does not edit destinations, create QR codes, move placements, change designs, or launch campaign actions.
Is QRLynx AI Insights a chat assistant?
No. The current feature is a dashboard widget with a defined account-level summary and Full AI Insight sections. It does not accept arbitrary questions or custom prompts.
