We do not publish an impression-based scan rate, and the reason is worth stating plainly: a QR platform sees scans, not impressions. Only the advertiser knows how many people saw the billboard, the mailer, or the TV spot, so any per-impression rate we published would be built on someone else's estimate. Vendors who publish one anyway are usually dividing their scan counts by a modeled audience figure.
