Publish the form first, review responder access, then copy the responder link from Preview, Published, or Share. Do not encode an editor or collaborator URL. Open the copied link in a private browser and complete a test response before creating the QR.

What a Google Form QR code does

Design for a clear and testable response path

Place a plain-language instruction beside the QR so people know whether it opens registration, feedback, a quiz, check-in, or another form. Keep a normal link or staff-assisted path available where accessibility or device policy requires it.
