The Logo panel gives you a 10% to 40% size control and keeps background modules clear behind the logo by default. Design Rules That Protect Readability
A centered logo covers part of the symbol, so logo size, data density, error correction, contrast, and the final reproduction all matter together. QRLynx starts the logo at 20%, clears modules behind it by default, and shows a live Scan Score for the current generator settings. The score is an early design estimate, not a guarantee for every camera or print condition.
Preserve a clear outer quiet zone and avoid placing text, graphics, folds, cuts, or package edges against the QR. DENSO WAVE documents that QR error correction can restore some damaged codewords, but the chosen level, payload density, and location of the obstruction all affect the result. GS1 also warns that an oversized or badly positioned logo can compromise finder or error-correction modules.
